Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2016): Saw time both in the field and on the mound for the Bearcats...appeared in 35 total games, including 24 starts in right field...hit .220 with two home runs and 16 RBI...hit both round-trippers in GLVC play...was tied for third on the squad with three stolen bases...had four multi-hit and four multi-RBI games...also pitched in 10 games with nine starts...was second on the squad with 37 strikeouts and tied for second with three victories...was 3-5 overall with a 6.75 earned-run average...walked just six batters in 53 1/3 innings of work...paired with Terry Deaville to toss a six-hit, 8-0 shutout at Illinois Springfield on March 25...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

BEFORE McK: Posted a .307 batting average with a home run and 33 runs batted in as a sophomore at Kaskaskia College...was second on the Blue Devils' squad with 11 doubles and 40 runs scored...was a three-time All-Conference and All-County performer at Yorktown High School...hit .350 as a senior while posting a 2.50 ERA on the mound for the Tigers.
