AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Pitched in four games with three starts at the junior varsity level...was 0-2 with a 6.32 ERA...was second on squad with nine strikeouts...picked up AMC Academic All-Conference honors.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Pitched for both the varsity and JV teams...was 0-0 with an 11.81 ERA in seven relief appearances for the Bearcats’ varsity squad...went 0-2 with an 8.47 earned-run average in seven games with two starts at the junior varsity level...earned Academic All-Conference honors.

BEFORE McK: Posted a record of 3-1 with a 2.50 earned-run average as a senior at Nashville High School...received honorable mention All-Area honors...played for coach Chad Malawy.
