Biography

2016 SEASON: Appeared in all 11 games as the primary long snapper for McKendree...had one fumble recovery during the Bearcats' season opener against Angelo State on Sept. 1.

2015 SEASON: Filled the role of the Bearcats' primary long snapper for the third straight season...had three special teams tackles. 

2014 SEASON: Was the long/short snapper on special teams in all 11 games for McKendree...also registered two tackles, with solos coming against Ferris State on Sept. 4 and versus Truman State on Oct. 4.

2013 SEASON: Served as the Bearcats' primary long snapper last season...missed two games due to illness. 

BEFORE McK: Was a two-year starter at Pontiac High School...served as the Indians' long snapper...had two tackles on special teams and also added two receptions for nine yards...selected as team's special teams MVP as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Rod and Patti Zehr.
