Biography

2014 SEASON: Was a second-team All-GLVC honoree...recorded 30 total tackles at defensive end, including 19 solos...was second on the squad with 10 tackles for loss and six quarterback sacks...registered a career-high eight tackles in the Bearcats' season finale at Quincy on Nov. 15...had two sacks each against Truman State on Oct. 4 and at Quincy...tied for the team lead with three forced fumbles while adding a fumble recovery.

2013 SEASON: Earned first-team All-GLVC honors...collected 30 total tackles with 16 solos from the defensive end position...had a season-best six stops against Quincy University on Nov. 2...led team with 11 1/2 tackles for loss and 6 1/2 quarterback sacks...had 2 1/2 sacks versus Quincy.

2012 SEASON: Played in all 10 games along the Bearcats' defensive line...collected 22 tackles, including 14 solos...posted season-best four stops versus Urbana...had at least one tackle in each game...added 5 1/2 tackles for loss and three quarterback sacks...also forced one fumble in season opener at Tiffin.

BEFORE McK: Was a three-year letterman at Granite City High School...led the Warriors with 76 tackles and three interceptions as senior...also scored five touchdowns, including two on returns...earned All-Conference and All-Area accolades as a senior...was named Granite City's Defensive Player of the Year as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Darryl Pearman and Melissa Boss.
