Biography

2013 SEASON: Played in all 10 games as a reserve defensive lineman...posted 10 tackles with six solos...had a season-high three stops against Kentucky Wesleyan College on Nov. 16...had lone sack of the season in the same contest.

2012 SEASON: Was a reserve offensive lineman...had two solo tackles, with one each against Henderson State and Missouri S & T.

2011 SEASON: Saw action in three games as a special teams performer and reserve linebacker...had five tackles, including three solos...posted two tackles each in games against Grand View and Trinity International...recorded lone sack of season versus Grand View.

BEFORE McK: Starred at both quarterback and linebacker at Central A & M High School...threw for more than 2,000 yards in his career for the Raiders...registered 92 tackles as a senior and 180 tackles in his career...was a two-time All-Conference and All-Area selection as a junior and senior...named team Most Valuable Player as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Greg and Terri Townsend.
