Biography

2015 SEASON: Played in nine games as a reserve wide receiver and special teams performer...did not register a reception or tackle. 

2014 SEASON: Played in seven games as a back-up at wide receiver...caught two passes for four yards, with receptions coming against Ferris State on Sept. 4 and Lincoln on Nov. 8...was named to the Academic All-GLVC team.

2013 SEASON: Was a redshirt for the Bearcats.

BEFORE McK: Had 28 receptions for 637 yards as a senior at Springfield High School...averaged 22.8 yards per reception and added 10 touchdown catches...named first-team All-Conference...helped the Senators to an IHSA Class 6A state playoff berth...only played one season of football at Springfield...was also a four-year varsity starter in baseball.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Dave and Sue Balster.
