Biography

2014 SEASON: Made a successful transition to the offensive line, culminating in first-team All-GLVC honors...played in all 11 games, primarily as a starter at tackle...was credited with one rush for two yards.

2013 SEASON: Appeared in all 10 games along the Bearcats' defensive line...had 17 tackles with eight solos...posted a season-high three tackles against the University of Findlay on Oct. 5 and also versus Kentucky Wesleyan College on Nov. 16...added three quarterback sacks, two of which came against Kentucky Wesleyan...led team with two blocked kicks.

2012 SEASON: Played in eight games on the defensive line...recorded nine tackles with five solos...notched two tackles each in games agasint Indianapolis and Central State...had 1 1/2 tackles for loss.

BEFORE McK: Was a four-year letterman at Alton Marquette High School...was third on team with 60 tackles as a senior for the Explorers...had four quarterback sacks...also rushed for 201 yards as a fullback with seven touchdowns...was a two-time All-Area selection...earned honorable mention All-State accolades...was named the Alton Marquette Quarterback Club Defensive Player of the Year twice.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Ray and April Starrett.
