2014 SEASON: Was fourth on the team with 56 tackles, including 27 solos...had season-high seven tackles in three different outings (Sept. 4 against Ferris State, Sept. 27 at home versus Saint Joseph's (IN) and at Quincy on Nov. 15...was third on the team with 9 1/2 tackles for loss while adding 1 1/2 quarterback sacks...tied for the team lead with two interceptions...also had four pass break-ups, a fumble recovery and a blocked kick...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second consecutive year.

2013 SEASON: Played in all 10 games at linebacker...shared the team lead with 64 tackles...had 30 solo stops...posted a season-best 15 tackles at Truman State University on Oct. 19...reached double-digits in tackles three different times...also had two pass break-ups and a forced fumble...earned second-team All-GLVC honors...named to the Academic All-GLVC squad.

BEFORE McK: Starred at linebacker for Rich Central High School...was a three-year varsity performer for the Olympians...was also a member of the school's Honor Roll all four years.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Lemoni Shelby.
