Biography

2017 SEASON: Appeared in three games as a backup at linebacker...registered seven tackles with four solos...had a career-best four stops at home against Kentucky State on Sept. 9...named to the Academic All-GLVC team. 

2016 SEASON: Played in all 11 games as a reserve linebacker and special teams performer...had eight tackles, seven of which were solos...had two tackles in each of the Bearcats' final three games (Oct. 29 at Lincoln, Nov. 5 at Quincy and Nov. 12 at home versus Truman State)...had one tackle for loss in the Truman State outing...earned Academic All-GLVC accolades. 

BEFORE McK: Had 73 tackles as a senior at Marquette High School…had 10 stops for loss with three sacks and three interceptions…was an All-State honoree as well as the conference Player of the Year…was also selected as the area Player of the Year.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Greg and Julie Lechtenberg.
