Biography

2017 SEASON: Grabbed second-team All-GLVC honors...started all 11 games at guard...helped Shayeen Edwards become just the third McKendree running back to rush for 1,000 yards in a season...helped the Bearcats to fourth in the GLVC in scoring average at 29.4 PPG. 

2016 SEASON: Earned honorable mention All-GLVC honors...started 11 games at left guard for McKendree...helped anchor an offensive line that tied for the GLVC lead in fewest sacks allowed (17)...helped the Bearcats rank second in the league in rushing offense (175.3 YPG)...had one tackle against William Jewell on Sept. 24. 

2015 SEASON: Played in all 10 games...shared starting duties at left tackle. 

2014 SEASON: Sat out season as a redshirt.

BEFORE McK: Came to McKendree from Rochester High School...was a part of four state championship teams with the Rockets...collected second-team All-Conference honors as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Kevin and Suzanne King.
