Biography

2022 SEASON: Played in all 11 games, including getting the starting nod at Truman State (11/5)... carried the ball 72 times for 367 yards and 7 touchdowns, including a long run of 42 yards vs Southwest Baptist (10/29).... also had season highs of 15 carries for 140 yards with 3 touchdowns... on the receiving end, he caught 4 passes for 6 yards. 

2021 SEASON: Sat out the 2021 season.

2020 SEASON: Played and started both of McKendree's games during the shortened 2020 season that was played in the spring...led team with 108 yards rushing on 12 carries...had one touchdown at UIndy...also caught three passes for 23 yards...tallied a season-high 78 yards rushing on eight carries at UIndy.

2019 SEASON: Finished second on the team with 497 rushing yards on 94 carries...gained a season-high 133 yards at home against Southwest Baptist on Oct. 26...reached the 100-yard rushing mark twice...scored five touchdowns, which was good for third on the team...had two scores against Southwest Baptist...also caught seven passes and added two kickoff returns for 78 yards. 

2018 SEASON: Was a redshirt for the Bearcats. 

BEFORE McK: Rushed for 436 yards and scored six touchdowns as a senior at Parkway Central High School...was an All-Conference honoree during his career with the Colts. 

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 21...son of Jerome Mitchell and Shaquita Swanigan...majoring in Business Administration and Management.
