Biography

2018 SEASON: Appeared in seven games and was a starter along the Bearcats' defensive line...made 15 tackles, including eight solos...collected a season-high five stops at Kentucky State on Sept. 8.

2017 SEASON: Started every game at defensive tackle...tied for 10th on the team with 36 tackles, which included 14 solos...had a career-high 10 tackles in the Bearcats' regular-season finale at Truman State on Nov. 11...tied for the team lead with six quarterback hurries...had 3 1/2 tackles for loss, including 1 1/2 against Indianapolis on Oct. 7. 

2016 SEASON: Played in all 11 games as a reserve along the Bearcats' defensive line...posted five tackles, including two solos...had four stops in the Bearcats' Homecoming win over Saint Joseph's on Oct. 15...also had one tackle for loss and quarterback sack in the Saint Joseph's game...blocked a key extra point attempt in McKendree's double-overtime win at home over West Liberty on Sept. 10.

2015 SEASON: Was a redshirt for the Bearcats. 

BEFORE McK: Was a three-sport star at Nashville High School...was named a first-team All-Conference selection both offensively and defensively as a senior for the Hornets...earned All-Area and All-South accolades as a senior.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Rhett and Andrea Renken.
