BEFORE McK: Starred at quarterback at Simeon Academy in Chicago…recorded nearly 4,400 all-purpose yards and accounted for 29 touchdowns for the Wolverines…garnered All-Area accolades as a senior…was a part of four city championship squads.

PERSONAL: Is the son of Tikko Tolbert.
