AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23):  Appeared in all 33 games, making 32 starts for the Bearcats... averaged 10.5 points per game, shot 56.8% from the field, 31.5% from three-point territory and 77.9% from the free throw line. Posted double figure scoring in 15 of the games, with a career high of 33 points vs Truman State (2/4).. posted three double-doubles.. named to the GLVC All-Tournament Team.

BEFORE McK: Attended Mater Dei Catholic High School in Breese, Ill...participated in basketball for four years...earned First Team All-State, BND 2A Player of the Year, and was a State Finalist in his senior year...attended Purdue Northwest in Hammond, Ind. for two years before transferring to McKendree...played in all 28 games and made 25 starts in his second year...averaged 9.4 points per game, shooting 55 percent from the field and 44 percent from the three-point line...led the team with 5.8 rebounds per game and 47 blocks for the season...named to the GLIAC All-Defensive Team for the 2021-22 season.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 5...son of Craig and Shelise Zurliene...majoring in Sports Management...has one sister, Maris...lists the Miami Heat, New York Mets, and Duke Basketball as his favorite sports teams.
