Biography

2014-15 SEASON: Started all 26 games in his first year with the program...averaged 8.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game...netted a season-high 16 points against Quincy on Jan. 10...scored in double figures 10 times...grabbed a season-best eight rebounds on two different occasions -- Dec. 16 at Central State and Jan. 13 versus Salem International...was third on team with 43 assists...was second in minutes played at 795.

BEFORE McK: Spent the last two seasons at Sauk Valley Community College...ranked among team leaders in both scoring at 11.2 points per game and rebounding at 4.8 boards per contest...shot nearly 52 percent from the field and just under 76 percent from the free throw line for the Skyhawks...earned All-Tournament honors for Sauk Valley at the NJCAA Region IV Tournament...averaged nine points and four rebounds per game as a senior at Richwoods High School in Peoria. 

PERSONAL: Is the son of John and Connie Murphy.
