Biography
2017-18 SEASON: Played in all 28 games with 26 starts...was second on the team in scoring at 14.4 points per game...was third in the Great Lakes Valley Conference in free throw percentage at .888...poured in a school-record 51 points in the Bearcats' regular-season finale at Quincy on Feb. 24 to break Rich Herrin's 62-year old mark of 47 points against Blackburn in 1955-56...scored in double digits 20 times during the season, including four games of 20 or more points...was third on team with 67 assists...became the 51st player in program history to reach the 1,000-point mark for a career during the Bearcats' Jan. 25 home game with William Jewell...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
2016-17 SEASON: Started 24 games at guard for McKendree...averaged 13.7 points per game, which was good for fourth on the squad...pumped in a season-high 31 points at Missouri S&T on Feb. 11...notched double-digits in the scoring column 17 times, which included four 20-point outings...was third on the team with 58 assists...had a career-high six assists at Bellarmine on Feb. 16...connected on 81.3 percent of his attempts from the free throw line...knocked down 44 three-point field goals to sit third on the team.
2015-16 SEASON: Played in all 27 games and started the final 14 games of the year...was second on the team in scoring at 15.3 points per game...poured in a career-high 40 points in a victory at Maryville on Feb. 6...scored in double figures 18 different times, which included nine 20-point efforts and two games with 30 or more points...led McKendree with 22 steals...also paced the Bearcats by shooting 85.2 percent from the foul line, which was good for eighth in the Great Lakes Valley Conference...also led the Bearcats with 56 three-point field goals...knocked down eight trifectas at home against Central Christian on Dec. 9...handed out 52 assists to finish second on the squad...dished out a season-best five assists against Lewis on Jan. 30.
2014-15 SEASON: Appeared in just three games before missing the remainder of the season due to injury...received a medical redshirt...averaged four points and 1.7 rebounds per game...scored five points at Trevecca Nazarene on Nov. 29...collected three steals in the season opener versus Robert Morris-Springfield on Nov. 14.
BEFORE McK: Wrapped up a prolific four-year career at St. Joseph-Odgen High School...finished his career as the Spartans' career leader in three-point field goals with 192...netted 1,244 points, good for fifth in the program's all-time scoring list...averaged 18 points, four rebounds and three assists per game as a senior...was a first-team All-State selection by the Associated Press, IBCA and the Chicago Sun-Times...was a three-time All-Conference honoree...twice earned All-Area accolades...helped St. Joseph-Ogden to three consecutive regional championships...was a starter on the Spartans' squad that placed fourth in the IHSA Class 2A State Tournament in 2013.
