AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2022): Played in 93 sets over 25 matches...recorded 327 kills to tie for the team lead, 156 digs, 45.0 blocks, 19 assists, and 17 aces...Ross recorded a career-high 20 kills against Purdue Fort Wayne in the MIVA Quarterfinals on April 16...recorded a season-high three aces against Loyola Chicago on February 24...Ranked seventh in MIVA in hitting percentage (.322), eighth in kills per set (3.52), 12th in digs (1.68) and 10th in points per set (3.96)...Named First-Team All-MIVA and an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American
AS A SENIOR (2021): Played in 61 sets over 17 matches...recorded 182 kills to lead the team, 12 assists, 17 service aces to lead the team, 103 digs, and a career high 47.0 total blocks. Ross recorded a season high 15 digs against Ball State on April 3, a .600 hitting percentage and season high 7 blocks at Purdue Fort Wayne on March 28, and a season high 18 kills against Purdue Fort Wayne in the MIVA Quarterfinals on April 10... Ranked No.8 in the MIVA for hitting percentage (.270) and service aces per set (0.28)... named Second Team All-MIVA
AS A JUNIOR (2020): Played in 58 sets over 16 matches.... Recorded 141 kills to lead the team, 13 assists, 21 service aces, 79 digs, and 25 blocks... Earned a season high 15 digs at Ohio State on February 15 and a season high 12 kills vs. Long Beach State on January 10... Named to the Asics All-Tournament Team... Collected Academic All-MIVA honors
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019): Played in 64 sets over 20 matches... Collected 147 kills, 13 service aces, 79 digs, and 32 total blocks... Recorded a season high 18 kills against Saint Francis on January 26... Tallied a season best 8 digs vs. Lindenwood on February 13....Collected Academic All-MIVA honors.
AS A FRESHMAN (2018): Appeared in 79 sets over 21 matches for the Bearcats, collecting 183 kills, 118 digs and 21 total blocks. MIVA All-Freshman Team. Academic All-MIVA.
BEFORE McK: Ross led the state of Arizona in kills with 455 his junior season, recording a .425 attack percentage to go with 58 aces. Ross collected Second Team All-State honors and his team earned the 2016 Arizona State High School Championship. Ross also plays for the Arizona Fear club team that won the Silver Division at nationals last summer.
PERSONAL: Is the son of Julie and Brian Ross, and brother of women's volleyball McKennna Ross.
