Biography
AS A JUNIOR (2017): Appeared in 61 sets across 20 matches, putting down 104 kills along with 52 digs, 11 aces, and 13 blocks. Tallied a season high 14 kills on two occasions.. a season high seven digs against Long Beach State on Jan. 6..and a season high three blocks against Fort Wayne on Feb. 3. Academic All-MIVA.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016): Was one of two Bearcats to play in all 25 matches for the Bearcats leading the team with 252 kills. Averaged 2.60 kills per set while adding 117 digs and 36 blocks. Recorded double digit kills in 12 matches with a season high of 19 on February 19 over Quincy...earned All-MIVA honorable mention honors...collected Academic All-MIVA accolades.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015): Set a program record by leading the Bearcats with 320 kills in his first season...reached double figures in kills 16 times...put down a school-record 27 attacks on Jan. 24 against Clarke...was ninth in the conference in total kills and 10th in kills per set (3.05)...also led McKendree with 28 service aces, which also represents a school record...had a season-high five aces against Missouri Baptist on Jan. 27...was also third with 103 digs and fourth with 42 blocks...had eight digs versus Graceland on Jan. 23 and four blocks in an April 1 contest at Lindenwood...was named MIVA Player of the Week and Off the Block National Freshman of the Week on March 3, becoming the first Bearcat player to earn either honor...was a MIVA Academic All-Conference recipient.
BEFORE McK: Posted 319 kills and 56 blocks as a junior at Wheaton-Warrenville South High School...was named as conference Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the Year for the Tigers...earned honorable mention All-America honors from Volleyball Magazine in 2013...received All-Area recognition...helped Wheaton-Warrenville South to an undefeated season and an IHSA state championship as a sophomore in 2012...was part of the Tigers' POWERADE FAB 50 boys volleyball national championship team as a sophomore.
