McKendree University Athletics

Natalie joined the McKendree softball coaching staff in August 2017 as a graduate assistant coach.

Before McKendree she was a four-time SEC All-Academic selection at Mizzou and NSCA All-American her senior season while splitting time at second base and outfield. During her playing career Natalie made four NCAA regional appearances from 2014-2017 and two NCAA Super Regional appearances in 2015 and 2016.

She is a native of Silex, Missouri and is the sister of Head Coach Ashley Fleming.
