BEFORE McK: Closed out a notable season with Troy Buchanan High School on and off the softball field. In Sachs' junior season with the Trojans, she had a batting average of 0.429, slugging percentage of 0.500 and a on-base percentage of 0.500. During her senior season, she increased those same batting average (0.533), SLG (0.700) and OB% (0.563) percentages. In her conference, Sachs was honored with First Team All-Conference Infielder, Second Team All-Conference Infielder and Second Team All-Region Infielder. Her other honors include first-place in the 2016 Class 5 Softball State Championship and runner-up in the 2018 Class 5 Softball State Championship. Aside from her school team, Sachs played for the St. Louis Chaos 01 club team and were the 2018 Junior Olympic Cup Runner-Ups. Academically, Sachs received the All-Conference Academics honor for softball, basketball and track and field (2015-19)
