• Amid multiple WBCA Top 25 Honor Roll appearances, her teams have finished as high as 5th and had as high a team GPA as 3.72. 
• Her 2015-2016 team was 15th in NCAA Division-II in scoring defense (56.9 ppg) and finished second place in the GLVC regular season standings, the program's highest finish. 
• Her 2017-2018 team that went (20-9 Overall, 12-6 GLVC) was the first 20-win season in McKendree Women's Basketball's Division-II era.

   • As the recruiting coordinator, secured the signing of Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomers, First Team
   All-Conference selections, Second Team All-Conference selections, and an OVC Player of the Year. 
• Bradley University | Assistant Coach | 2006-2012
   • As the recruiting coordinator, secured the signing of Numerous Missouri Valley Conference All-Freshman and
   All-Conference players. 
   • The Braves' stretch from 2008-2012 (75 wins) is the winningest period in program history
   • The 2008-09 Braves won 21 games, the most in program history
   • Helped game-plan for victories over three power four conference opponents: Illinois, Iowa, Louisville
• Elon University | Assistant Coach | 2005-2006

   • As the recruiting coordinator, signed the 2004-05 Great Lakes Conference Freshman of the Year
   • After a 15-game win streak, the Huskies made the 2005 NCAA Division-II National Tournament
