2023: Added another First Team All-GLVC honor, the third of her career…named USC All-Region, also the third of her career…became McKendree’s Division II career goal leader with 42 career scores, passing Sydnee Carroll (38) behind her two scores at Quincy on October 20…started all 21 games, playing over 1500 minutes…totaled 27 points to lead the team behind 12 goals and three assists…led GLVC in goals (12), game-winning goals (8), and shots on goal (39)…

2022: Earned second GLVC major award as the 2022 Offensive Player of the Year and unanimous first team selection…totaled a team and GLVC-leading 30 points with 14 goals and two assists…named All-Midwest second team by both USC and D2CCA…ranked atop the GLVC in shots (88), shots per game (4.40), points (30), points per game (1.50), goals (14), goals per game (0.70), and game-winners (6)...ranked nationally in DII for game winners (t-5th), shots per game (14th), shots on goal per game (14th - 2.15), goals (t-20th), goals per game (t-25th), points (t-34th), and points per game (t-38th)...scored game-winners against Upper Iowa, Kentucky Wesleyan, Lewis, Truman State, Missouri S&T, and Drury…scored in 13 of 20 games with two goals versus KWC…fired 43 of 88 shots on-frame…started all 20 games.

2021: Earned United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Second Team honors…Named All-GLVC First Team…started 18 of 19 games played…led the team in scoring with 21 points, eight goals, and five assists…put 23 shots on frame and 44 total…fired three game winners (9/24 vs. Quincy, 10/01 @ WJC, 10/08 vs. SBU)...scored multiple goals in two games (2 @ WJC, 2 vs. LWU).

BEFORE McK: Stiffler was a part of the 2019 Missouri State Championship at St. Dominic High School where she was named First Team All-State and First Team All-Region... named first team All-Conference her sophomore season.
