(LEBANON, Ill., Sept. 15)- The No. 8 McKendree University women's soccer team scored eight of their nine goals in the first half on Wednesday night to earn a 9-0 win over Harris-Stowe State University.
The Bearcats, 5-0 overall and 2-0 in the American Midwest Conference, will travel to Parkville, Mo. on Saturday for an AMC contest against Park University at noon.

Sulyn Keomanivane (Granite City, Ill., Granite City) and senior midfielder
Megan Ansley (Troy, Ill., Triad) all had goals in the victory, while senior midfielder
Sarah Eckelkamp (Arnold, Mo., Fox) also had an assist.
Senior goalkeeper
Liz Yanko (St. Louis, Mo., Rosati-Kain) played just under 33 minutes in goal and faced two shots with neither being on goal. Freshman
Kayla Morelan (Granite City, Ill., Granite City) played just over 57 minutes in goal and the duo earned the team shutout.
