Box Score (LEBANON, Ill., Sep. 21)- The McKendree University men's soccer team dropped a 5-0 decision on Friday night to University of Indianapolis.

The Bearcats fall to 4-3 overall and 2-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with the loss and will host Saint Joseph's College on Sunday, Sep. 23 at 2:30 p.m.

After a scoreless first half, the Greyhounds pounced on its scoring opportunities in the second half. Indianapolis scored three goals in a 12 minute span and added two more in the final three minutes of the contest. McKendree only had five shots on the night and only placed two on goal in the match.

Freshman goalkeeper Scott Armistead (Auckland, New Zealand/Saint Peter's College) took the loss in goal and had two saves in the match.
