Sarah Collins (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville) tallied nine points, including six goals, on Saturday in a 15-12 loss to visiting Adams State University.
The Bearcats fall to 1-7 overall and 0-5 in the Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, and will host University of Findlay on Sunday at noon.

Shirley Boland (St. Louis, Mo./Ursuline Academy) also set a school record with seven draw controls in the contest.
The game was back-and-forth for the entire 60 minutes, and neither team led by more than three goals.
Trailing 3-1 with just over 21 minutes to play in the first half, the Bearcats took a 4-3 lead following three-straight goals in a span of four minutes. Holzmeyer cut the deficit to 3-2 on an unassisted goal at the 13:40 mark, and Collins scored on back-to-back free position attempts to give McKendree its first lead of the game with 9:43 left in the half.

Krystin Major (Arnold, Md./Indian Creek) gave McKendree a 6-4 lead with 5:02 left until the half, but the Grizzlies scored three goals in the final four minutes to lead 7-6 lead at the break.
The Bearcats regained the lead 8-7 on goals by Collins and Holzmeyer to open the second half, but Adams State scored three goals to retake the lead 10-8. McKendree came within 12-11 with 7:35 remaining on Collins' sixth goal of the game, but the Grizzlies scored three of the final four goals of the game to secure the win.
