Box Score (SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Sep. 27)- The McKendree University men's soccer team lost its second-straight game to a ranked opponent on Friday in a 2-0 loss at No. 7 Drury University.

The Bearcats fell to 2-5 overall and 0-5 in the Great Lakes Valley Coference with the loss and will travel to Rolla, Mo., on Sunday, Sep. 29 to face Missouri S&T at 2:30 p.m.

The host Panthers got all the scoring they neeed in the first half, scoring goals in the ninth and 22nd minutes.

McKendree held Drury to no shots in the second half and had chances to score on shots from sophomore defender Connor Cassidy (Glasgow, Scotland/St. Andrews) and freshman forward B.J. Tucker (St. Louis, Mo./DeSmet), but were unable to convert either chance for a goal.

Sophomore goalkeeper Scott Armistead (Auckland, New Zealand/Saint Peter's College) fell to 2-5 overall in the loss and had three saves.
