Box Score (PAINESVILLE, Ohio, March 23)- The McKendree University women's lacrosse team scored the last three goals of the game, but came up short, 15-11, on Sunday at Lake Erie College.
The Bearcats fall to 2-3 overall and will host Tiffin University on Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m.

Victoria Lelo (Auckland, New Zealand/Westlake) led all players with four goals and two assists, while sophomore attacker
Krystin Major (Arnold, Md./Indian Creek) and freshman midfielder
Morgan Cremen (Manchester, Md./Manchester Valley) each had two goals. Sophomore attacker
Rianne Holzmeyer (Hazelwood, Mo./Hazelwood West), freshmen attacker
Hannah Schneider (Ellisville, Mo./Lafayette) and midfielder
Ola Abdullah (Florissant, Mo./Hazelwood West) each added one goal. Schneider also had a team-high five groundballs and sophomore midfielder
Shirley Boland (St. Louis, Mo./Ursuline Academy) had a team-high five draw controls.
McKendree faced a 4-0 deficit before getting on the board in the first half, and used four-straight goals with under 10 minutes to play in the half to cut the score to 8-7. Lake Erie scored the last three goals of the half to tke a 11-7 lead into the half.
Major scored the first goal of the second half to cut the Storm lead to, 11-8, but Lake Erie responded with four-straight goals to jump out to a 15-8 lead with under three minutes to play. McKendree scored three goals in 30 seconds to come within 15-11, but was unable to score in the final 1:23 of play to fall in the contest.
Hana Abu-Kwiek ad Ashriel West each scored four goals to lead the Storm.
