Box Score (ST. CHARLES, Mo., April 24)- The McKendree University women's lacrosse team dropped a match at No. 5 Lindenwood University on Thursday 19-1.

The Bearcats fall to 2-7 overall and will host Rockhurst University on Sunday, April 27 at 10 a.m., for their season finale.

Sophomore defender Janelle Woods (Hazelwood, Mo./Hazelwood West) scored McKendree's lone goal, her second of the season, with 6:18 left in the contest. Freshman midfielder Ellen Kilkenny (Manchester, Mo./Parkway South) led the Bearcats with two ground balls, and sophomore midfielder Shirley Boland (St. Louis, Mo./Ursuline Academy) and freshman midfielder Morgan Cremen (Manchester, Md./Manchester Valley) each had two draw controls. Sophomore goalie Kelly Eastman (O'Fallon, Ill./O'Fallon Township) fell to 1-3 overall in the cage with the loss and had six saves.
