(LEBANON, Ill., Sep. 17)- The McKendree University men's soccer team will try to keep its unblemished Great Lakes Valley Conference record intact this weekend at home against William Jewell College and No. 22 Rockhurst University.

REGIONAL RANKINGS: The Bearcats made their first appearance in the NSCAA NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Rankings this week. McKendree is ranked No. 8 in the latest rankings, and will have an opportunity to make a jump in the rankings when they play regional No. 3 Rockhurst on Sunday.

SCOUTING THE CARDINALS: William Jewell College enters the week with an overall record of 1-3 and an 0-2 mark in the GLVC. The Cardinals lost both of its conference matchups last weekend, falling 2-0 at Drury, before losing 3-1 at Missouri S&T on Sunday. William Jewell earned its first win of the season on Tuesday in a 4-1 win over Southwest Baptist University.

SCOUTING THE HAWKS: Rockhurst University enters the week with an overall record of 2-0-1 and a 2-0 mark in the GLVC, and is ranked No. 22 in the latest NSCAA Rankings. The Hawks won a pair of conference games last weekend, earning a 1-0 win over Missouri S&T on Friday, before defeating Drury 1-0 on the road on Sunday.
