(O'FALLON, Ill., Feb. 5)- The McKendree University men's tennis team dropped its spring opener on Friday to Saint Louis University 7-0.

The Bearcats fall to 4-2 overall and will travel to Springfield, Mo., on Saturday, Feb. 6 for a match against Washburn University at 1 p.m.

"We played a good team today and we played well," said head coach Raquel Allen. There is a lot we can learn from the match, but we had a chance to see where we are and what we need to do moving forward."
