(Lebanon, Ill., October 24) – The McKendree University women's soccer team moved to the No. 5 spot in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Rankings that were released this afternoon.

The Bearcats are 10-2-3 in regional play and 8-2-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC).

The team concludes the regular season tomorrow at 5 p.m. when they travel to Southern Indiana. McKendree currently sits second in the conference, and has earned a home GLVC Tournament Playoff game against an appointed to be determined following Wednesday nights matches.

The GLVC Quarterfinal match up will be played Sunday, October 29 at Noon at Leemon Field.
