(LEBANON, Ill., Feb. 23) – The McKendree University women's water polo team is set to head to Indiana University for three games at the Hoosier Invite on Friday and Saturday at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatics Center in Bloomington, Ind.
The Bearcats will play three games across Friday and Saturday against Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Varsity teams, with Friday's contest coming against California Baptist University at 6 p.m. EST. McKendree is back in action on Saturday beginning at 11:30 a.m. EST, for a contest against Indiana University which will be streamed on BTN2Go. A subscription is needed to watch the game live, however, BTN2Go is free to customers of participating cable providers. The Bearcats close out the weekend at 5:30 p.m. EST for a game against Carthage College.
McKendree is currently 3-5 overall after going 3-1 in CWPA Club Midwest Division play at Grand Valley State University. McKendree broke into the CWPA Women's Club Top-20 polls for the first time in week two, tied at No. 19 with the University of Virginia.

Victoria Jones (Lodi, CA/Tokay High School) has found the back of the net 17 times this season, registered seven steals, and one assist. Junior center
Sabrina Sherrin (San Jose, CA/West Valley Junior College) and sophomore attacker
Jillian Hoffman (Prospect Heights, IL) have netted 9 goals each. Hoffman also has six assists and 14 steals on the season. Sherrin has also registered 10 steals, and assisted on one goal. Center defender
Tiana Wilson ( Orange County, CA/Mt. San Antonio College) has recorded 30 steals and three assists on the year.
McKendree has two goalies seeing time in net this season, with freshman
Kim Fay () registering 28 blocks and seven steals. Freshman
Gabby Madewell (Portland, OR/Parkrose High School) has made 12 blocks and registered ten steals on the season.
