Box Score (Grand Rapids, Mich., Nov. 22) – The McKendree women's soccer team bested the Eagles of Ashland University 1-0 in overtime this Friday morning and now advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament, which will be played this Sunday against the top-seeded Lakers of Grand Valley State University at 1 p.m. E.T. With today's victory, the Bearcats improve 16-3-3 on the year.

Riley Ross (Springfield, IL/Rochester High School). Senior goalkeeper
Zoe Brochu (Ajax, Ontario, Canada/Pickering High School) stood tall in net making five saves, preserving her 13
th shutout of the 2019 season. The goal gave the Bearcats their second-ever NCAA Tournament victory in program history, the first being in 2016 when the women's squad defeated Davis and Elkins in the first round.
