(LEBANON, Ill., Nov. 9) – The McKendree University men's soccer program is set to host the first round of the 2019 Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Championship Tournament this upcoming weekend on Sunday, November 10 after winning the GLVC Regular Season Championship. The men's team will take on eighth-seeded Drury University at 2:30 p.m.
 
The men's soccer program heads into the GLVC Championship Tournament at 13-2-2 overall and 12-1-2 in GLVC play, which was good for a program-first GLVC Regular Season Title.  Drury University will enter the first round as the eighth-seed with a 9-7-2 overall record with a 7-6-2 showing in GLVC play, capping their regular season with a 1-0 loss to Illinois Springfield this past Sunday. When the Panthers and the Bearcats during the regular season, McKendree came out victorious by a score of 2-1.
