CHARLES, Mo., Apr. 2) - The McKendree University women's lacrosse program will be heading out on the road this Wednesday to take on the No. 4 Lions of Lindenwood University at 7 p.m. The Bearcats, fresh off a 18-11 victory over Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) foe Davenport University, are 6-4 overall and 5-2 in GLIAC play.
The Bearcats have had an impressive season thus far, with two players already totaling over 40 points through 10 games in senior attacker
Emily Nelson (Deephaven, MN/Holy Family Catholic) and freshman attacker
Kathryn Albrecht (Louisville, KY/Eastern High School). Nelson has been named the GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week once so far this season.
No. 4 Lindenwood enters Wednesday with a 10-0 record after most recently defeating Lake Erie College 10-2 last Tuesday, March 26.
