(LEBANON, Ill., Apr. 27) - The McKendree University women's lacrosse team will be concluding their regular season schedule this Sunday, April 28 against the Saints of Maryville University. Prior to face off, McKendree seniors Emily Nelson (Deephaven, MN/Holy Family Catholic), Hannah Sugarman (Holden, MA/Wachusett Regional), and Katie Kruse (Dardenne Prairie, MO/Barat Academy) will be honored for their careers as Bearcats.

McKendree heads into Sunday's contest with a 9-6 overall record and an 8-3 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) record, while also securing a GLIAC playoff spot after clinching the third-seed in the GLIAC women's lacrosse tournament. 

Maryville enters Sunday's competition with a 2-12 overall record and a 1-10 GLIAC record after most recently defeating Lewis University 10-9 on Friday, April 12.
