How it Happened
The Bearcats played the Lions close in the opening minutes of the first half, with the Bearcats jumping out to a 4-2 lead in the first 5 minutes of play. From there the Lions would press the attack and not let up, scoring the next 8 goals in the contest.

Kat Albrecht would put the Bearcats on the board in the second half twice, but the Lions offense would prove to be too much for the Bearcats defense, who would continue to control the game.
