The McKendree University women's soccer team lost a Great Lakes Valley Conference match against the University of Missouri St. Louis 2-1 on Friday at Bearcat Field.
 
How It Happened
 
Alynnah O'Leary got the game started with a goal at the 53^rd minute. It was unassisted and her third goal of the season.
 
UMSL would quickly respond with a goal of its own in the 53^rd minute, allowed by a goal in the game's 83^rdminute to secure the win.
 
With the loss, McKendree is now 10-2-1 on the season.
 
Behind The Boxscore
 
The Bearcats had 17 shots to UMSL's five. Seven of those 17 shots were on goal while two of UMSL's five shots were on goal.
 
Abby Tucker started in goal for the Bearcats.
