LEBANON, Ill. – McKendree University Athletics and the Great Lakes Valley Conference announced on Monday that the Bearcats home GLVC men's basketball game with the University of Indianapolis has been rescheduled and will now be played on Monday, Feb. 14. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. at the Harry M. Statham Sports Center on the McKendree campus.

The Indianapolis game was originally scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 13, but was canceled due to health and safety protocols within the UIndy men's basketball program, but this past Friday, the GLVC amended their cancellation policy and announced that all league games that were canceled due to COVID-19 protocols will now be rescheduled and made up this season.

The UIndy contest was the first of the two games this season that were originally canceled as the Bearcats also had its game scheduled at Lewis on Jan. 15 canceled due to health and safety protocols in the Lewis program. No make-up date for that game has been determined at this time.

McKendree, who is sporting a 9-4 overall and 5-4 mark in the GLVC, has won four consecutive games and returns to action this coming Thursday, Jan. 27 with a 7:30 p.m. game in Liberty, Mo., against William Jewell College, before traveling to Kirksville, Mo., for a 3 p.m. game against 21st-ranked Truman State.
