KANSAS CITY, Mo. - No.12 McKendree University women's soccer (10-0-3, 6-0-2) played out its Sunday afternoon contest against Rockhurst, drawing 0-0 with the Hawks at Bourke Field to remain unbeaten this fall. The Bearcats won their previous five games and had not tied a contest since September 18 at Indianapolis. McKendree will be at home for its next three matchups, hosting Missouri S&T, Drury, and Maryville.
The Bearcats were looking for a sixth-straight victory in the Sunday afternoon matchup but failed to convert for the lead versus the number two team in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. McKendree out-shot the Hawks eight to six with one shot on frame. The Bearcats also earned four corners in the matchup compared to the Hawks' one corner.
Neither squad fired a shot on-frame in the second 45 minutes of play.
