LEBANON, Ill. - McKendree University women's soccer (2-0-0) hosts Trevecca Nazarene (2-0-1) on Saturday afternoon with a noon kick-off for the non-conference matchup. McKendree comes back home after traveling to Fayette, Iowa for a pair of non-conferences contests and will get to play its next two at Leemon Field.
The Bearcats opened the year up north in Iowa, taking on Upper Iowa and Concordia St. Paul. McKendree handled the Peacocks with a 2-1 result on August 25 behind scores in the first 12 minutes of action from junior forwards

Reagan Mauch (1) to put the Bearcats on top in the 32nd minute. McKendree held off a physical opponent in CSP, and took down the Golden Bears in a neutral site game to improve to 2-0-0 in 2022.

Abby Tucker has held goal for all 180 minutes so far this season with five saves gathered and a goals allowed average of 0.50 over two games.

The Trojans enter the weekend contestafter beating a Bearcat-foe in Illinois Springfield on September 1, 3-2. TNU Opened its season in Alabama with a 2-2 draw against Alabama Hunstville prior to heading back home for the result, 1-0, over Lincoln Memorial.
TNU has out-scored its opponents 6-4 in games thus far with Skye Baun leading the scoring effort with three goals in as many games. Baun totals six points to also lead the Trojans while Makena Schlosser has gained three points behind a score and assist while three others own two points so far.
The last time these two programs met was 2019 in Lebanon, Illinois, where McKendree took the game, 1-0. They also met in 2018 down in Nashville where McKendree won, 1-0.
