SAINT JOSEPH, Mo. – The Bearcat men's golf team returned to action this week at the Midwest Regional Preview hosted by the University of Missouri – St. Louis Tritons. The 54-hole event was held at St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri.

As a team, the Bearcats placed in thirteenth with a total of 903 (301-295-307). The Ferris State University Bulldogs won the event with a score of 857 (292-276-289).

Leading the way for McKendree was Thomas Tollefsen who tied for 19^th with a 220 (73-72-75). Griffin St. Pierre was five shots behind his teammate with a 225 (74-77-74). Trystan Du Plessis (75-84-80) and Aidan O'Keefe (79-72-78) tied for 56^th with a 229 each. Pe Nontarux tied for 93^rd with a 245 (84-80-81).

McKendree had a pair of individuals competing as well in Hata Iemkanitchat who tied for 24^th with a 221 (74-76-71). Matthew Wood was the other individual who tied for 73^rd with a 233 (78-80-75).
