MANHEIM, Pa. | National Wrestling Coaches Association - McKendree University men's wrestling maintains a top-five ranking in the first regular season national coaches poll coming in at No.4 with seven ranked individuals,
as announced by the NWCA this past week. The Bearcats are led with two #2 wrestlers in 197 redshirt senior
Logan Kvien and 165 redshirt junior
Cory Peterson while two others rank within the top-five in their respective classes as redshirt junior
Ronan Schuelke ranks fourth at 141 and reshirt senior
Matt Ortiz sits fifth in the 174. McKendree, after having a short break over Thanksgiving weekend, will face off against No.11 Indianapolis on Friday, December 6 in Indianapolis, Indiana for the squad's first conference dual of the campaign.
