KANSAS CITY, Mo. | United Soccer Coaches - McKendree University women's soccer began its 2024 campaign this past weekend and hit the ground running with three road victories, holding a 3-0-0 record and entering the NCAA Division II national ranks at No.24,
as released by USC on Tuesday afternoon. The Bearcats captured two victories down in Alabama, defeating Alabama Huntsville, 1-0, and Montevallo, 3-2, before trekking over to Kentucky Wesleyan for a commanding 6-0 shutout win. McKendree is the first GLVC women's program to enter the national ranks in the 2024 season and is the sole representative from the conference in the first poll of the regular season. The Bearcats conclude their non-conference schedule this week on September 11 against Union in their home opener at Leemon Field before heading into GLVC play on Sunday at Rockhurst.Â

McKendree University women's soccer (1-0-0) opened its 2024 campaign with a 1-0 victory on the road over Alabama Huntsville, opening a third-straight season with a victory. The Bearcats moved to 3-0-0 against the Chargers all-time behind the win while remaining unbeaten in season-opening contests for the 10th-straight season. McKendree was led to victory by a goal by senior forwardÂ

RECAP vs. Montevallo (neutral site)
McKendree University women's soccer (2-0-0) remained at UAH following its Thursday evening, season-opening win with a neutral site contest at Charger Park on Saturday, which the Bearcats eventually claimed 3-2 over the Falcons of Montevallo. McKendree used a second half push to capture the win over the Falcons as senior midfielderÂ

RECAP at Kentucky Wesleyan
McKendree University women's soccer remained undefeated to begins its 2024 campaign, improving to 3-0-0 with a 6-0 shutout victory over Kentucky Wesleyan on Monday afternoon. The Bearcats took the win with six different goal scorers including three who recorded their first career scores in freshman forwardÂ

Karin Tebelius. The net was guarded by a pair of Bearcats, combining for a shutout with both junior keeper
