LEBANON, Ill. – The McKendree M3 Hockey team dropped its first game of the series against Indiana Friday night at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex. 

While the team was able to get 21 shots on the net, none were able to find its way past the goaltender. In goal for the Bearcats was Dominic Hite saving 41 shots off the Hoosiers. 

The game also saw a lot of penalties, with Indiana spending a total of 24 minutes in the box combined with McKendree's 20 minutes. 

The Bearcats look to split the series with Indiana and will face off with the Hoosiers again tomorrow evening at 3:30 PM in the McKendree Metro Rec Plex.
