No. 13 Men's Volleyball Set to Play Queens on the Road

LEBANON, Ill. - The No. 13 McKendree University men's volleyball team is set to face off against Queens University of Charlotte on Friday, Feb 28 at 6 p.m. EST and Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. EST.

The Bearcats are coming off a five-game winning streak after taking down No. 15 Ohio State in four sets and No. 8 Ball State in five sets this past weekend. McKendree sports a conference record of 5-1 and are 8-5 overall. McKendree currently leads the conference in digs with 10.54 per set and is second in assists with 11.84 per set.

Queens became a member of MIVA in 2023, participating in conference play in 2024. The Bearcats are 2-0 against the Royals, as they took them down in three sets in their last matchup. Offensively, the Royals are led by outside hitter Carson Strawbridge, with 3.36 kills per set. Defensively, outside hitter Chance Shampine leads the team in digs with 2.04 per set.
