LEBANON, Ill. – The McKendree University women's tennis team is set to play the opening round of the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament on Friday, May 2^nd.

The Bearcats earned the No. 2 East seed and will play the No. 3 west seed Southwest Baptist at 1 pm. This will mark the Bearcats' fourth appearance in the tournament and head into the post season with a 7-15 overall record and a 4-1 conference record. SBU and the Bearcats meet for the second time this season, with the Bearcats falling 3-4 in late February.
