ALLENDALE, Mich. – McKendree University women's golf wrapped up their season at the NCAA East Regional at The Meadows at Grand Valley State University on May 5th through the 7th. The Bearcats were one of 18 teams to qualify for the competition.
McKendree finished in 14th place with a 963 (323-324-316).
Sophomore Chiara Bortolotti led the team with a tie for 26th finish by shooting a 54-hole total of 235 (82-81-72). Waritsara Rungrojanaluk was one shot behind her teammate with a 236 (77-79-80) to finish in a tie for 29th. Competing in her first NCAA event, freshman Alba Camps Pascual shot a total of 242 (79-82-81) to finish in a tie for 57th in the 104-golfer field. Reagan Martin, the Bearcats fourth underclassmen in the lineup finished in 83rd with a 251 (85-83-83). Sarah Capel rounded out the lineup with an 84th-place finish by shooting a 254 (87-82-85).
