LEBANON, Ill. – The Western Water Polo Association (WWPA) has formally announced on Wednesday, June 18th, their All-Academic honorees for the 2025 season, with McKendree women's water polo placing 14 on the list.
It is the most the Bearcat program has ever been put on the list in its history, as 96 student-athletes within the six-team league were honored for their performances in the classroom. Eight players from this year's team have now accumulated multiple appearances.

Kieryn Blayone (Regina, Saskatchewan) – Accounting

Payton Dowler (Regina, Saskatchewan) – International Relations

Kaitlyn Goins (East Grand Rapids, Mich.) – Psychology

WWPA All-Academic Team Qualifications:
- Carry over a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Classified as a full-time student for all terms of attendance
- Completed a minimum of one semester or two quarters at their institution
