(Lebanon, Ill., Jan. 29) – The McKendree University men's soccer team is set to hold their College ID Camp that will take place March 31 at Leemon Field on the campus of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois.

The College ID Camp is open to all male soccer players rising 9th grade and older with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level. The goal of this camp is to provide each player with an experience of what it takes to be successful at the collegiate level.  The camp is designed to replicate the collegiate training environment and to give the players the tools needed to be successful at the collegiate level.  It will utilize tactical and skill sessions to create a positive learning environment that is both enjoyable and challenging.  The training sessions are conducted by the McKendree Men's Soccer Staff, and coaches from other NCAA D1, D2, and D3 schools. Goalkeepers will go through specific goalkeeper training similar to the college training environment. Our ID Camp presents a great opportunity for each player to be challenged, and to showcase themselves to college coaches. Each player will also be present for a College Recruiting Talk, in which college coaches will offer insight to the recruiting process, and life as a college soccer player - Parents are welcome to attend.
